Who we are

This site is operated by Westwood Industries, a sole trader based in Leeds, England. Contact: ted.westwood@hotmail.co.uk.

Orders and payment

Purchases are handled by our checkout partner, who acts as merchant of record. When you buy a product you are entering into a contract with them for the supply of that product. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. A download link is sent to the email address given at checkout, normally immediately after payment. If a download does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it.

Refunds

Because these are digital products that cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If a product does not work on a supported system and we cannot resolve the problem, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund.

System requirements

Requirements are listed with each product. It is your responsibility to check that a product is compatible with your system before purchase. Free trials or demo versions, where offered, are the best way to confirm compatibility.

Availability

We aim to keep this site and our products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Products may be updated, changed or discontinued.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work or lost recordings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
